NEW QUILTING PROGRAM

FOR THE LADIES

 

We are starting a quilting program for the ladies while we are attending lodge at our stated meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. We plan on having some experienced quilters to help any one who is just starting. This may also be extended to our family night if there is enough interest. Please include this with the newsletter. Lynn Wilcox and Connie Taylor (749-4149) will be the instructors.

Food Drive

Brethren, when you come to Lodge, don't forget to bring some non-perishable food for the Tucson food bank.  This is an ongoing project because there is an on going need here in Tucson.

      If you forget to bring food, we do have a jug that will accept money for the same cause.

 

Special Events during the year

This year our lodge has initiated a Masonic"Books For Bikes" program with Corbett Elementary school inorder to expand our harmonious and charitable interaction with our community. The first presentation will be in December at the school. Brother Jim Olech is the committee chairman for this program and he may be contacted at jolech@comcast.net or 520 577 0083 if you have questions or desire to help with this endeavor.

All who are interested in doing ritual work are invited to participate.  Just come to a practice and jump into the fray.
